Images on one of my pages are blurry when resized?
GIF images that are resized usually look blocking and bad, but JPGs should size well and look fine. For some reason, on just one of my pages, any image I resize looks terrible. I don’t get it. I’ve tried JPG and PNG with the same results.

I appreciate the advice thus far, but take for granted that I know what I’m doing and want to resize the image. The question is why, on this particular page, it’s not resizing well where on any other page, JPG images resize fine. If you don’t believe me, check this page where I do the exact same thing:

In the “Destroy Product Boxes” section
when you resize an image using html/css there is no interpolation applied (because it’s done inside the browser) and it just uses the center pixel. scale your images in a photo editor. also, you shouldn’t scale images like that because you’re making people with dialup download the full size image and they only see part of it.
