network security using java
Need a software expert on determining cause of virus?
Ok, I have never had a security threat before, and this is the first one.
I have avast network scanner running, a java file open, and aol instant messenger open. Im using firefox.
I do not click on anything.
Suddenly, avast gives this message: Network Shield: blocked access to malicious site 76.74.239.143/zoiureoioquoqi/
How did this happen? I changed all my passwords, and currently have avast scanning my hard drives.
The good news is, it blocked it.
The bad news is, and my question, is what is it? how did it get there? and how do i get rid of it?

its in the script the person who made the script for the site put a virus in it so it would have got into your machine via your temporary internet files.
just think of all the people it gets without the script scanner like we have on avast.
delete all your temporary internet files to be on the safe side avast will take care of the rest.
